Andrew Garfield hit the beach in Malibu with girlfriend Emma Stone and a group of pals to celebrate his birthday earlier this week. He turned 29 on Monday and marked the occasion with a sandy day, during which Emma wore a funny shirt that read "Happy Birthday." They were back in the sun on Tuesday showing affection when Emma wasn't splashing around in the ocean on a boogie board.
Emma and Andrew are enjoying downtime on the West Coast after wrapping up promotions for their Summer blockbuster, The Amazing Spider-Man, last month. Emma will be back on set soon, though, to take care of reshoots for Gangster Squad. She's also signed on for a new role in a Cameron Crowe-directed romantic comedy that will film next Spring.
