Beyonce Knowles's only been a mom for a
few months, and already Beyoncé Knowles is itching to get back on stage in front
of her fans.
The "Single Ladies " songstress has
booked a three-night run at Revel Beache's Ovation Hall in Atlantic City, New
Jersey over Memorial Day Weekend.
Obviously tickets will get snatched up in
a matter of mere minutes afterthey go on sale Friday, April 6th at 10:00am
EST.
Beyonce gave birth to her first child, a
daughter named Blue Ivy, on January 7th, 2012 and she and hubby Jay-Z have been
enjoying their new roles as parents.
First Lady Michelle Obama has revealed Beyonce's slightly surprising idol - Queen bee Beyonce! She recently said that she
would love to swap lives with the booty-shakin' pop singer and now Michelle has
taken that love one step further by admitting the full extent of her admiration
for Bey.

love her to death. I was glad to be out there moving my body with her.'And the

pics from the weekend - everyone was wondering how exactly Beyonce got that
enviable figure back...the 'Put A Ring On It' singer told the Atlantic City
audience: “Y'all have no idea how hard I worked. I had to lose 60 pounds. They
had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!”.
"I lost most of my weight from
breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it; it's just so good for the baby
and good for yourself," she told People magazine.
The bootylicious babe also added: "I
counted calories. I worked out maybe three to four times a week. I did a lot
walking in the beginning and now I'm running. But I had to work my way up. I
couldn't just go right from being pregnant to running."

Making her triumphant post-baby stage
debut, Beyonce Knowles was in fine form as she took the stage for the first time
since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy while putting on a concert in Atlantic
City, New Jersey on Friday night.
The 30-year-old singing sensation
confidently greeted the sold-out audience at Ovation Hall at Revel Resort &
Casino while opening up the show with fan favorite "End of Time" before
transitioning into "Love on Top".

Giving his lady a big thumbs up,
Beyonce's rapper hubby, Jay-Z, took to Twitter at the conclusion of the concert
while writing, "I'm gonna say this and then I'm gonna end mine. BEYONCE is the
best performer in the world. Period."

Beyonce’s been on the sidelines for
awhile, taking care of her motherly duties, but Beyoncé Knowles is ready to hit
the stage again this weekend.
The “Crazy in Love” songstress will
perform live tonight (May 25) at the Revel Resort in Atlantic City, and she’s
pumped to be back in the saddle.
During a behind-the-scenes clip, Beyonce
goes through the process of designing the upcoming gigs, noting, “I haven’t sang
in a year.”
She also notes that she’s “enjoying being
a mother,” but knows it’s “important to get back to her old job.”
Beyonce explains, “What I’m trying to say
with this show is, yes, I had a baby, but it just makes me even more grounded
and more like you.”
It's always an exciting event each year,
and the 2012 BET Awards nominations have been announced to the
public.
Topping all contenders is Kanye West, who
has scored a total of seven mentions with all but one coming from his
collaboration with Jay-Z called Watch The Throne.
Speaking of Jay, he'll compete in five
categories, while his wife/babymama Beyonce Knowles bested him with six

Enjoying the fruits of their labor, Beyoncé and Jay-Z
were spotted on an ocean cruise off the shores of St Barts yesterday
.
Joined by their baby girl Blue Ivy Carter and some
friends, the "Crazy in Love" songstress looked like they didn't have a care in
the world.
Last week, Beyonce and Jay-Z reportedly renewed their
wedding vows at midnight on their fourth anniversary in a romantic
ceremony.
The happy couple has been seen out and about in St Barts
as of late, making the most of their spring holiday away from their busy
careers.
Taking care of some promotional duties,
Katy Perry was spotted at the Canal Plus TV station in Paris, France last night
.
The "Hot N Cold" songstress was in the
house to record an episode of "Le Grand Journal," and took a few minutes to sign
autographs for her fans before heading off to EMI for a showcase.
Later on in the evening, Ms. Perry and
her entourage hit up the Montana Nightclub where Baptiste Giabiconi, Katy's
rumored boyfriend, also showed up.
And during an interview on BBC Radio 1,
Katy took a subtle, perhaps unintentional shot at Beyonce Knowles' collaboration
with Shakira “Beautiful Liar” when asked about a duet with Rihanna.
"I want it to be like that Eurythmics and
Aretha Franklin song 'Sisters Are Doin' It for Themselves,’ not "Beautiful

After having spent the previous day with

out in New York City on Tuesday .

white jeans and silver heels to accentuate her post baby body, though she was a

Michelle Obama.

letter with her fans, which is comprised of a big thank you to Mrs Barack Obama
in recognition of her inspirational ability when it comes to African American
women.
As for what she wrote, Beyonce started by
penning, "Michelle, Is the ULTIMATE example of a truly strong African American
woman. She is a caring mother, she’s a loving wife, while at the same time, she

“No matter the pressure, and the stress
of being under the microscope — she’s humble, loving, and sincere. She builds

Enjoying an evening off from their
parental duties, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z were spotted out in New York City
last night .
The “Empire State of Mind” rapper and his
lovely wife hit up the New York Knicks basketball game at Madison Square Garden,
watching the home team lose to the Miami Heat, 93-85.
After the game, Beyonce and Jay hit up
the swanky eatery Bar Pitti in the downtown area for some delicious
dinner.

that since she gave birth to her daughter Ivy Blue, her taste in footwear has
changed.
"I never thought there would be a day
when I wouldn't wear heels. Now that I have a child, I walk around holding her
all day, I'm buying loafers and oxfords. I love them, because they're
comfortable, and shorter heels too."
She added, "Jay-Z loves it when I wear
flat shoes, which is surprising - he never saw me in flats before! He likes me
more natural - just the relaxed, natural me."
Beyonce Knowles's taken on all kinds of
challenges during the course of her career, and Beyoncé Knowles made sure she
was prepared to give birth to her daughter Blue Ivy.
The "Crazy in Love" songstress confessed
that she got a little gussied up for the big event- "I did have a fresh eyebrow
wax. I got my nails done, I got my feet done, had my hair done, and I had my

However, Blue's birth wasn't so
glamorous- "I didn't feel that I looked beautiful during birth, but who does?
After being pumped with all those fluids and gaining so much weight ... I barely
recognized myself."
"But after many hours of labor, I could
care less about anything but my child. I didn't care how I looked."
Following the birth, "I felt more
powerful than I've ever felt in my life. I felt connected to my body. I felt
like I knew my purpose in the world."

amazing in a Givenchy Haute Couture see-through gown, and talked with press
about wanting to have more kids.She's always ready for a classy affair, and last
night (May 7) Beyoncé Knowles was in the house for the 2012 Met Gala.

more. I don't know how many. God knows I don't know yet," also noting that
daughter Blue Ivy is doing wonderful.
