　　It's always an exciting event each year, and the 2012 BET Awards nominations have been announced to the public.

　　Topping all contenders is Kanye West, who has scored a total of seven mentions with all but one coming from his collaboration with Jay-Z called Watch The Throne.

　　Speaking of Jay, he'll compete in five categories, while his wife/babymama Beyonce Knowles bested him with six nods.
